We work from a brand new facility and with all brand new machinery. This includes two new Italian-made Morbidelli nesting machines and a Stafani Edgebander. This high volume, high precision machinery allows us to meet the most demanding production loads without compromising on quality. Our CRM-compatible system supports our workflow and our Microvellum drawing program ensures projects move seamlessly from planning through to nesting stages.

Our business complies with all WHS requirements. Our safe work method statements are current and we hold $20 million public liability and workers’ compensation insurances for your client’s peace of mind.


Tender Response

When you contact us with your tender documentation or to explain your requirements, we take the time to truly listen and understand the full scope of the work. We closely review any documentation, including identifying any issues or gaps, before returning our proposal to you.

Shop Drawings

With your approval to proceed, we lead further consultations to ensure that the project requirements, your team’s expectations and any site constraints are defined. We then craft the drawings for approval ahead of our manufacturing stage.
